Re-Orientation on Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) of the Schools Division Office (SDO) Personnel

The re-orientation was held on November 7, 2016 at Marcelo H. Del Pilar National High School, Sta. Isabel, City of Malolos, Bulacan.  The objectives of the activity were as follows: 1)  to describe the RPMS Cycle to the Schools Division Personnel;
2)  to be able to develop written performance objectives and indicators according to RPMS guidelines and in accordance with the approved job description mandated by the Rationalization Program; 3)  to define development needs of staff based on results of performance evaluation and craft appropriate written development plans; 4)  to impart the process of giving effective performance feedback; and 5) to craft Individual Performance Commitment Review Form for year 2016.  Ms. Melissa S. Sanchez, OIC-ASDS, facilitated the re-orientation and assisted the participants in the workshop of formulating objectives and performance indicators.

Participants were:  SDS, OIC-ASDS, Chief Education Supervisors, Education Program Supervisors, Public School District Supervisors, CID Staff, Administrative Heads and Staff, SGOD Staff, Finance Heads and Staff, ITO, Legal Officer, Medical Officer and Division Clerk.
