Division Workshop on the Performance Rewarding and Development Planning on RPMS

The workhop was held at Marcelo H. Del Pilar National High School on May 13, 2016. It aims to: 1) identify the development needs of each school; 2) set goals for meeting the development needs of each school; 3) prepare action plans for meeting the development needs such as list of learning activities, resources, and support measures of success among other needs; and 4) evaluate and analyze the results of the performance rating of teachers in their respective schools which can be used as part of the Professional and Development of Teachers. Participants were the 57 School Heads, 80 Head Teachers/Master Teachers of both Elementary and Secondary Schools, designated as raters, including the autonomous schools of the the Division. The output of this workshop will be used in crafting the Professional Development Plan of the Division as well to evaluate the implementation of RPMS in schools.
