Teacher Induction Program (TIP) 2016

The Teacher Induction Program (TIP) for the newly-hired public school teachers of the Division was held on May 24-26, 2016 at CMIS-Sto.Rosario, City of Malolos, Bulacan. The program is designed to provide teachers with a comprehensive orientation of the public education system and to help improve the competencies of teachers entering the service. It aims to promote excellence in public education by enhancing the effectiveness in content knowledge and instructional skills of beginning teachers or those who have zero to three years teaching experience. Likewise, the program also aims to improve the retention rate of beginning teachers and narrow the gap between pre-service and in-service education and training.
