2nd Schools’ Division Research Writeshop A�September 2, 2016
The 2nd Schools’ Division Research Writeshop was held on August 19, 2016 at Rambutan Hall, BarCIE International Center and September 2, 2016 at STI College Malolos. This was a series of orientation workshops scheduled for teachers of both elementary and secondary schools. Participants to these were based on training needs analysis done by the Human Resource Development unit. It aimed to :
1. Understand the research agenda as the main guiding postA�in undertaking researches;
2. Develop researches that will improve the effectiveness of practices in management, supervision, and instructions;
3. Organize research colloquiums during division and regional research congress to exchange research outputs to enrich existing knowledge; and
4. Provide research – based inputs in reformulating or contextualizing existing policies to ensure the effective implementation of programs.
