Re-Orientation on Results-Based Performance Management System (RPMS) of the Schools Division Office (SDO) PersonnelA�

The re-orientation was held on November 7, 2016 at Marcelo H. Del Pilar National High School, Sta. Isabel, City of Malolos, Bulacan. A�The objectives of the activity were as follows: 1) A�to describe the RPMS Cycle to the Schools Division Personnel;
2) A�to be able to develop written performance objectives and indicators according to RPMS guidelines and in accordance with the approved job description mandated by the Rationalization Program; 3) A�to define development needs of staff based on results of performance evaluation and craft appropriate written development plans; 4) A�to impart the process of giving effective performance feedback; and 5) to craft Individual Performance Commitment Review Form for year 2016. A�Ms. Melissa S. Sanchez, OIC-ASDS, facilitated the re-orientation and assisted the participants in the workshop of formulating objectivesA�and performance indicators.

Participants were: A�SDS,A�OIC-ASDS,A�Chief Education Supervisors,A�Education Program Supervisors,A�Public School District Supervisors,A�CID Staff,A�Administrative Heads and Staff,A�SGOD Staff,A�Finance Heads and Staff,A�ITO, Legal Officer, Medical Officer and DivisionA�Clerk.
